Not honorable service

I also paid for services from US Fidelis for my 1999 ford f150 which has 179,559 miles on it and they told me they could cover it for another 5 years or 100,000 miles whichever came first for services. So about 5000 miles after getting the extended warranty my truck needed to have some work done. So i took it to a repair center to get my A/C condenser replaced which i was told that it was covered under my extended warrenty so i went ahead and had the services done to find out that they were close after i talked to them and they told me to bring it in and have the service done which was a good thing because the A/C compressor seized up when it was on the lift at the service center. Now to get reimbursed for the service i needed to fax over a copy of the service done and 7-10 days later i would get the money for the work done. To my surprised it's now been 3 weeks and 5 phone calls later and i am now waiting for some person to review the claim on the work done before they will pay for the service that was done. Which cost me $600 out of my pocket so something thats was covered.
