SCAM SCAM SCAM DTV is a scam artist

We signed up for Direct TV in March of from the beginning we've had nothing but problems.

First off they were supposed to be here to hook up durning cetain hour of the day, after the end of those hours I get a call saying..."we went to wrong place, can we do this tommorow instead" ah NO I took today off from work.
So thet show up hook up service and leave, had to call DTV to figure out how to activate boxes, OK no biggie got it figured out.

Half way into our contract they deleted the channnels that we specifically wanted which is why we chose DTV to beginn with. So called again and they said "to bad we can change line-ups whenever we want too" OK so can we get out of our contract..."Sure but you have to pay all kinds of fees.
Kept the contract.

As soon as our contract expired in May I'm on the phone again... Cancel our service.

So we send back all the equiptment and get a bill for $49.50, on the phone again asking what we are paying for? The answer, You are being charged for NASCAR Hotpass renew in Jan. NEVER had NASCAR hot pass, so how can I renew it? Answer, send a letter to our dispute office. Sent the letter.

New bill comes for same amount, on phone yet again, now I'm being told that it originated in 2000... Uh duh didn't get service til 2007. Answer well it was placed on your bill for a reason, My reponse... Yeah cause whoever ordered it in 2000 didn't pay and you are hoping we are STUPID enough to pay it. So they tell me they CANNOT remove it from my bill I must send a letter to the dipute dept. HELLO anybody home you just addmitted its not our bill why should we have to dispute anything remove the charge.

Supervisor says oh well let me research this and I will call you back in 2 to 4 hours, obviously they cannot tell time either cause its been 36 hours.
