Services, dell computers harassing phone calls, fake names, outsourcing to india, no management, no supervisors to talk to, no help

Im leasing a Dell Computer / Laptop. I have the payments come out directly from my account.in January they stoped. I dont know why. Now I owe late fees. Fine I will pay them but I do not want to give my social # and credit account # to someone with a fake name in India. I cant seem to speak with anyone to tell them to send me a bill without "them" harassing me. No one is helpfull. Its a constint battle to get someone on the phone that I can understand and that doesnt have the last name Smith. I talked with a "person" there and hung up because they couldnt understand to Mail me a bill, the person continued to call me on my cell phone 5 x!!! Dell Financial is filled with a bunch of people who know nothing about nothing! I hate Dell Financial and will never ever buy anything else from Dell. I will bad mouth Dell any chance I get. I get harassing phone calls at least 6x a day. My bill amount is $61.00!!! Fyi - dell i will pay it, if you mail me the bill!!! Whats so hard about that? Do they recieve commission on payments??? Whats the deal in india!!!
