Tired of outsourcing Dell reviews

I have been a dell customer for over 20 years. I tried to purchase a new computer today and they sent me to India? Its not bad enough the tech support is in India now sales are also. I am switching to Apple and I'm not sure Dell realizes they are destroying what used to be a wonderful business model.
