Prank calling ripoff

I don't quite understand why, but Dell is harassing my family and I. After all our payments have been made on their computers, I'm now being called by dell at least 3-4 times a day, and half the time they hang up as soon as I answer the phone (On the third ring).

It's kinda wrong don't you think? I hope they get harassed the same way we do, but where it hurts, in their pocketbooks.
