Scam Artists, horrible customer service. Unfair biz practices Internet

I purchased ampd mobile last year, and i signed up for the 50 dollar a month plan, this was 1000 anytime minutes and unlimited messaging. I never recieved my bills for 3 months. After waiting for hours with customer service on the phone, i finally talked to someone and they told me i owed 950 dollars, because i had gone over my minutes. This was not true, i never went over 800 minutes at all with my phone. They were charging me fees for things that never occurred. I cancelled my account and was charged the 150 to terminate.

I then recieved one final bill stating they were going out of biz. I tried several times to contact them to contest the charges. I could never get ahold of anyone. There reps were very rude and not helpful at all! I got a letter in the mail stating if i wanted to contest to contact a lawyer. I contacted the lawyer and they told me there was nothing i could do because i had no proof. How was i to have proof if i could never speak with anyone at the company, or recieve a bill with all my details.

Now there is nowhere for me to contact anyone holding this company, I am very upset and have tried constantly to contact them with out prevail. This is the worst company i ever dealt with, and they do not take care of anything. They ripped off several of my friends with the same claims.
