Irresponsible and rudest company i have ever dealt with ripoff

My boyfriend and i went to best buy and bought 1000 minutes for from ampd mobile. Little did we know this was the worst company to pick.

Within two weeks of having service the phone would only work on speaker. Then after we paid the first bill in full (which came in the mail) we didn't get another bill for four months.

Then two days ago we get a phone call telling us that we owe three thousand dollars to the company. We didn 't understand how would could owe that much didn't get a bill for months.

They then informed us that they were sending the rest of the bills to an e-mail that wasn't even working anymore. They didn't call us until we owned three thousand dollars.

We asked what we could do about it and they said nothing then hung up on us. We called back half an hour later and the girl played dumb like she didn't know what to do.

They then told us that if we wanted out bills to be sent in the mial we had to sign up for it. Hello! Obviously we did at some time if we got the first one by mail.

This is the worst phone company i have ever deal with! PLEASE pick another company!!
