I returned a DVD/DVR player which was under warranty and the company never sent back a replacement for the product, nor did they send back a refund. Georgia

In November we purchased an RCA/dvd/dvr recorder, shortly after that the recorder just stopped working. We contacted the company regarding a replacement since it was still under warranty, and they sent us an email with instructions on where to send it back to. Needless to say we never heard back from the company and it is now the end of February. We tried ourselves to contact the company and was told that the company sold RCA to audiovox and they were unsure on how the company was going to proceed with repair orders. We were told that because none of our information was in their system that more than likely our dvd/dvr was just sitting on someone's shelf.

Today after once again contacting customer service I was told that they had no idea if or when these problems were going to be resolved. Basically at this point I out of a dvd/dvr recorder and $150. I am upset to say the least and I will never ever in life purchase another RCA product. This company is beyond unprofessional and in my opinion are avoiding their consumers complaints and concerns. I honestly feel like my family has been ripped off and my family is not only out of a lot cash but also have no product to show for the cash we spent
