Defective T.V. Won't refund

Electronics and household app.

We purchased an RCA Scenium HDTV with DLP Technology for 2,595.00. Approximatly one month later we had no picture. We made numerous calls to Thomson Service Representatives. It has been in for repair Three different times. So we have had the TV for five months, and it has not been usable for four. Thomson refuses to refund our money, or replace this TV.

We have written to the Better Business Bureau. Thomason write back to them and told them that they contacted us and they have settled this to our satisfaction. This was a total fabrication on their part.

The TV is presently in the shop, and we have no idea when we will get it back. Not that we want it back. We want a refund.

We no longer wish to own an RCA product or subject our selves to Thomson Service Reps who use the warranty as a shield to hide behind and as a toll to exploit consumers.

In addition, We purchased this TV on the internet. The warranty was never provided to us at that time. The first time we saw it was when we had the TV delivered, as it is provided in the users manual.
