Customer Service Scam problem with account customer service no help and they can not connect me to some one who can

Electronics and household app.

Where should i start,

1) they switched me from premium prepaid plan to pay as you go in the middle of my service. Did not tell me that it was switched. No Email, No text Message, no phone call to let me know it was going to be switched. Until the phone was shut off in the middle of a business call. I called them up and sat on the phone for 5 hours trying to get it fix. I finally talked to a customer rep who conneted me with the esculation department. The Esculation department had it fixed in ten minutes. This accured Jan. 6th 2008.

2) I was a bussiness trip to Floridia. I had to talk on my phone to do a server set up. So i checked my account to see how many of the 600mins. I had left
so i could make sure that I had enough to last for the 2 days it was going to take to set up the server. And to my suprise it happened again they switched me to the pay as you go plan Again with out notice. No email, No text message, no phone call sayin there was a problem. I called them right away to get this fixed. But to no availe I got the run around Again We Cant help you!!! I am on the job site trying to set up a server and i have no Phone. No way to get to the bank. Or to a place to recharge the phone. I sat on the phone with customer service the first time for 1hr 20 mins.
Then called again sat on the phone 1hr 15mins. Third time i called they sent it to esculation. (only because I told them to) they were not even going to give me the option until i told them to put it in to esculation! But to my dis may they said they do not transfer to esculation any more the only do it thru Email now and it will be 24 to 48 hrs to see if they will fix it. So I called them back in the morning to see if any News but to No avail nothing had ben even looked at. The thing that gets me is I have wasted 6.5 hrs on this thing have not got the server install done because they can not help me with the issue.

I have to fly Back to seattle with out finishing the server project because i didnt have a phone. I was getting Paid 150.00hr to be down there that i cannot charge my customer because i spent almost the whole time on the phone with Boost mobile customer service. This little snaffu has cost me some where in the neighbor hood of $10,000.00 dollars. Because some one could not fix a 70.00 dollar problem. That dont count the cost of me haveing to come back and finish this job. Which i have to pay for out of my own Pocket.

I guess this is what you get when you want to save money. When i get back to Seattle I will change my phone Provider and hopefully get a court order to have them pay me back the money i lost in the whole time i was with this mobile service. Because this is the second time this has happened in a month and a half and i got the same responce and run around I will gladly tell people of my experience and hopefuly they will use a different moble service and not get sucked in to the same trap I did.

3) There is now way to contact the main office of Boost mobile. (dose this sound a little Shaddy to you?) They do not have phone number. They only have a po. Box that is a bit disturbing. Being in business my self and doing customer service things. You always need to have some one that can fix the problem at hand and in a quick manner. Or your customers go to other suppliers or venders to get the job done.
