Boost Mobile Premium has tried very hard to get rid of my old premium plan

I just wonder how many other people have this very problem with Boost, they have made numerous attempts to get my service changed to eliminate my old premium plan. They have changed their Premium Plans to options, $30-$50-$60 plans. I am still paying $49.95 for the same as what would cost me $70, the only difference between my old plan and this new plan is that I get 300 minutes, free unlimited (Web Text Nights&Weekends). Boost mobiles equivelant to this today is their $60 Premium Plan, Plus $10 more for the Unlimited Text Web. Its not worth $20 more dollars a month for the extra 300 min, that I do not use.

Any way my problem is that I am consistantly having problems with interuption in my service at the end of every pay period, and when my phone was recently stolen I attepted to transfer my service to a new phone. The customer care rep constantly attempted to put words into my mouth. I would say that I wanted my premium plan transfered to my new phone. They would reply So you would like to cancel your account with us? I said NO! Absolutley not! I will never cancel this account! I want it transferd to this new phone! In wich she replied ok I need the IMEI# and SimId#, I give it to her and she says there is already an account on that phone, I said yes, thats me. I want my premium plan placed on this phone. She says that it is imposible, I have to buy a new phone. Or wait untill the phone is no longer active.

So I come up with a plan while I was on the phone with her, I said ok, well I have a starter kit available right here at my disposal. So she sounded reluctant but switched my service plan over. Now when I try to use the web I get an error, you do not subscribe to the web call customer support. So I call back and I get a I dont know whats wrong do you have a call back number? I give it to her and now I am stuck waiting again. Boost Mobiles infamous hurry up and wait, I have never recieved a call from them yet, we will see if it they actually do this time.
