False advertising, poor quality camcorders

I recently purchased the HDDV 1800 "12MP" camera only to discover it was nothing like the advertisement on ebay. The camera takes poor quality pictures, and the video is even worse. It is completely pixelated.

They need to discontinue producing cameras, or market them correctly. I just want my money back. Do not buy any products from this company! Spend the couple extra dollars and get something with quality.
