HD Installer Gave Up After 4 Hours, Support Hung Up

I ordered HD TV from DirecTV. They sent an incompetent installer who could not install HD TV after 4 hours. He left, and I called DirecTV to complain and was hung up on 4 times. Then they said at least he was on time. They would reschedule in about 2 weeks. They did not care about customer satisfaction, and a manager on the phone told me this is the real world. They told me that if I dropped the service, I would still have to pay the cancellation fee, which was equal to the full length of the contract.
