Refrigerator failed after 18 months, parts delayed

After 18 months, the door water and ice dispenser failed. We had a 3-year service warranty. After a week of listening to this unit clap and blink, the service tech required another week to order parts. Then the refrigeration in the refrigerator section failed, and now we have a 1000 "ice box" to keep the food from spoiling. Now they say it will take 7 to 10 more days for the parts to be sent from the factory.

We are irate and will never recommend this product. What good is a service contract if this is the best they can do?
