Scamed and ripedoff by major computer corporation

The last of november was assured several times by dell pc salesmanwalter s. That purchasing a new updated pc, he would ship recycleing papers, to ship my less than one year pc, to recycling center, and my old acount would be forgiven. It didnot happen, i got a bill for both old and new around thirteen hundred dollars.

I called cust-serv explained what walters deal was. They were sorry for the inconvience and would correct my account on next months bill. The very next day a cust-rep called me from British Columbia and in broken english told me the only thing dell could do was offer me a fifty dollar certificate. I told her that was unaccatable. It was downhill from there.

No one at dell would do anything to help me. I called dell and got a return authorasation and shipped the new pc back to dell on my nickel. They credited my account about half of the six hundred and some odd dollars, that i was billed for the new pc. They are charging me 39.9 percent interest plus 39 dollars a month late charges because i refuse to pay them their scam money.

They have turned me over to a collection agency, and they call about ten times a day, but i dont answer their calls. I need some help and releif, asap.
