1. Electrical / media Work not completed on: May 10

2. Estimated for entire job was $1,000, Paid in full $1,000 (check #1157 for $650.00 made out to KIRK McCAGHRAN and $300.00 as courtesy requested by Kirk). He said lost license so we helped out.

4. Kirk left damage Holes in walls and bookshelf area.
5. Only worked 3.75 hours: 3:15pm to 7:00pm. Witnesses: David Pham and Dan Howard.
6. Verbal estimate: $60.00, never told us of other man

Cost me money to fix his labor by pulling my internet cable, cost me another $130.00 to have PC man out SEE invoice. He is another witness to fault work done by Kirk and assistant.

After May 10 (date of work to be done), for two weeks straight every other day Dan Howard and myself called Kirk several times yet never follow through with many promises (fan install and other lighting other needed extras at discount cost. Days later always call back with excuses. I called daily asking for the job to be completed or he gives me no choice but to report him to BBB, police, and license board.

11. On June 12th spoke to Kirk said going to call, never called back. On June 15, left 10th message to ask again to complete job, still no response, told him will give till Wed. June 20th then will filed complaint reports on Thursday June 21.11. Kirk damaged cable install to PC and this cost me $120.00 to fix back the way it was before Kirk damaged.

12. On June 12th spoke to Kirk said going to call, never called back. On June 15, left 10th message to ask again to complete job, still no response, told him will give till Wed. June 20th then will filed complaint reports on Thursday June 21.

13. I had two other companies give me estimate on what Kirk was suppose to do and they ranged from ONLY $200 - $500. After still more calls to Kirk / attempt to have him finish work with no action I FINALLY had installed completed correctly on July 1st. And professional, Jeff Schwartz, stated: " What Kirk did is a value of $150.00)
