Rip-off! If anyone ever sues Dell for ripping them off, COUNT ME IN! Texas

I purchased a computer from Dell in December of last year and had so many problems I don't know where to begin. First I was sent a system I never ordered and was expected to pay for it, then when I finally got them to understand and correct my order I received my computer. I had every intention of paying it off within a few months, but received a bill that showed them overcharging me by at least three hundred dollars. I fought with the managers (who admitted they were wrong and needed to fix it) and was told it would be corrected on the next statement.

The next statement came and was again wrong. I informed them that I would not send any more payments until the bill was corrected. They (the managers) told me that was ok, and that they would take the late fees off the bill. This went on for several months. Eventually it was forwarded to Dell's collection agency who called me (along with Dell financial) at least twice a day. I explained several hundred times that it was supposedly being taken care of, I gave the managers names I had spoken with, and faxed copies of all my estimates and statements to them.

The collections agent promised he would not call any more. EVERY day they continued to call. I finally wrote Minnesota's attorney general and told them my story. Thanks to them I finally received credit on my account for the late/finance fees, and my statement was corrected. Five months, three managers, countless hours on the phone and the Attorney General's name was all it took! And did I get an apology or receive ANYTHING for the drama? Of course not... Needless to say, if anyone ever sues Dell for ripping them off, COUNT ME IN!!
