Item never acquired!

The corporation is horrible I attempted to-order IO using the DVR package. They stated they shipped it but I never received it. Which was on December 30. Today I received my new statement plus they are charging me $80.12 for support of the container that I never obtained! I required the 3rd period plus they stated they offered me credit for that $29.95 for IO, however the issue is I still need to spend more today then I did so before I actually named and requested IO! After I spoke towards the customer support man he couldn't clarify the boost of $. 90 more then I've taken care of all of the decades I'd only simple cable. I requested to talk to a boss plus they stated they'd have one-call me. Which was three nights before exactly what a horrible organization they sense they've a monopoly on Television company. I'm considering primary Television today.
