Never received my refund giftcard

I bought in January over $5000 in Kraftmaid cabinets. Rebate form completed and shipped in per directions per period screen. On the site, I examined the standing in March also it stated giftcard have been shipped mid-March. It was never received by me. I named twice in Goal and was informed it had been shipped. The 2nd period, I described that I might have obtained it by then and that it'd been more than 10 times. Demand re issue of gift-card since it had not been acquired by me. They stated they might not reissue for 45 times. I waited more than 45 times. No re issue. Named in June. They stated it'd been more than 90 days. SOL! I required to talk to somebody greater. I had been informed there is no body else to talk to. I really could email customer support criticism. I did so. NO! It has been 2-3 months today since I have e mailed.
