Stolen Large Screen Television from meeting room Ripoff

My name is David XXXXXXX (LAST NAME REDACTED) Eastern Zone Manager for Sony Electronics. We conducted technical training at the hotel back on Dec 4 - 6. At that time we had 2 new Large Screen LCD TVs shipped to the hotel Fedex. We also reserved a meeting room to conduct training for local Best Buy and Circuit City Techs in the area using these TVs as demos. Me and 2 other Sony employess stayed at this hotel during the training.

After the training was completed on the 6th the instructor left 2 Fedex pick up slips with the TVs. Ultimately, one of the TVs returned to out Production Facility Pittsbrugh, PA, the other TV was never returned. I spoke with the Hotel Manager he claims Fedex came immediately after we left and picked up only 1 TV. His best guess is the other TV was picked up 2 - 3 days later by Fedex.

Fedex shows only 1 pick up of 1 TV from that location. Fedex has no record of ever going back to this facility to pick up a second TV and the hotel cannot provide proof of pickup - "they're too busy".

Hotel Manager Pat McGowen feels there is no culpability on his part - he claims it left.
