Ripoff charged me and I never received my orde

I purchased a thumb drive from Buy.com. FedEx said they delivered it, and I never received it. I submitted a claim to both FedEx and Buy.com. Buy.com refused the claim saying it was delivered. I have been RIPPED OFF.

BEWARE of Buy.com

Make them require a signature if they're going to use any delivery service like FedEx or UPS. If they won't, then you're taking a chance of putting your money in a slot machine and losing it with no prize.
