Guarantee refund policy, money never sent after 3 months

I ordered one Wineguard Sharpshooter Indoor HDTV SS3000 antenna, invoice number 92, on 8/16/06 for $96.00 and paid on my debit card VISA.

The antenna would not work for my television, so I called and the office manager told me to send it back to her. I sent it back on 8/29/06 by certified return receipt mail. The receipt was returned to me and signed by denny's antenna.

I have been on the phone 9/5/06,9/16/06,10/10/06 and 11/3/06. I have sent numerous emails asking for this refund. Each time I do reach denny's antenna they say they are just getting the refund signed and it is being credited to my card today.

The company has a money back guarantee, and their website is proud of their service and return policy. It has now been 3 months, and my emails are now returned to me. I think they have blocked my email address. They do not answer their phone.

I am not sure they are still in business, but their website says they have been in business for 20 years or so. The guarantee also says the return can be for any reason.
