Does not honor warranty on cell phones

The following is a complaint that I filed to Verizon Wireless:

I am sick and tired of the horrible customer service and policies of Verizon Wireless. On numerous occasions I have been taken for hundreds of dollars by your company and I am tired of it!!! Yesterday I went into your Huntington location where I was treated rudely by your tech person. I got to your store at 9am and was the first customer helped. I was having problems with my phone as it wouldn't take a charge.

The tech lady then proceded to inform me that my phone had water damage and that it wasn't covered and since there was no insurance there was nothing they could do. I insisted that there was no way this could be possible since I take care of my phones and never get water near them. She insisted to do nothing to help me. I asked her if there was anything she could do since I needed a phone. Her answer was a quick and very rude "NO"!!!

Your company lacks complete customer service and I was forced to buy another phone and be out more money due to your company! There have been times that I needed a new battery because my current phone battery was no longer taking a full charge. Even then your tech people would not replace it even though it was covered stating that the battery still had "some" life left, which does no good for me!!!

There have even been times when I call your customer service department and again as always complete rudeness! The only time of course when I am treated well is when I am buying something. The manager on duty yesterday at the Huntington store, Karla, was more then nice to me and very helpful.

Well I made another big purchase in your store buying another phone. I can't wait till my contract finally runs out because as soon as it does I am leaving Verizon.
