Rip-off on cell phones! RUDE salespeople!

In February we purchased a $200 cell phone for my son from verizon. A month ago it stopped working and we went to this verizon store in Wooster. The manager there was locking up the store and very rudely grabbed my sons phone from him, opened it and said, "you see this pink dot? That means its been water damaged, you need a new phone" and she shut the door in his face.

The phone started working again until 2 days ago when it would NOT find a signal anywhere. We went back to the same verizon store where a sales girl opened it. Well this pink dot means its water damaged, you need a new phone cuz you don't have insurance. I told her the phone had only been rained on and worked fine except wouldn't find service. Oh yeah that's water damage she said.

So to make an even longer story short, Verizon phones must be the cheapest phones made if every time it rains you have to buy a new one! They refuse to even try to work with us at all. I am DONE! I'm going to #!!!
