WARNING Verizon Wireless sells used phones as new. Horrible Customer Service Internet

Would like to warn everyone out there. Apparently Verizon can't hear their customers anymore or they've grown too big to care. When we sign up, salesperson talked us into signing up with monthly plan instead of prepaid, and gave us USED phones, (Samsung Gem with Android) that were suppose to be BRAND NEW. Phones had all kinds of issues and after replacing them under warranty verizon sends refurbished phones with one of them being water damaged, which obviously had issued right away, we bring back in a store, and they right away tell us - it has water damage, therefore no more warranty on this phone.

Also they were VERY RUDE in store, and later on when I called the 800 number.

By the way VERIZON - it's illegal to sell used phones and represent them as new, and I think NEWS MEDIA should look into this. Can you hear me now???
