Satellite Dish on Neighbor's Property Faces Over My Deck Wall

A satellite dish that DirecTV put up at my neighbor's house points straight across the top of my deck wall, so it intrudes on my own property. I have reached out to the company more than once and asked for it to be relocated. Each time they declined and said it was up to my neighbor, who in turn says the installers would not mount it anywhere else.

I have filed a complaint with the FCC, because the Over-The-Air Reception Devices Rule requires that such equipment be placed entirely inside the customer's "exclusive use area", and this installation is not. My homeowner's association has been contacted as well, in the hope that it can help. If nothing changes, my next step is to hire an attorney.
