Installed satelilite dishes on our "new" roof without permission from us, the owners directv.com

On one of our rental properties, direct tv installed two satellite dishes. Let me point out; this is a two year old roof, of which we spent thousands of dollar to have done. Now, this new roof has holes all over it from them attaching the dishes and cable.

We "did not" give this company "permission" to drill anything into our property's roof.in addition, their policy and terms indicates; they are not resposible if damage occurs due to weather or other circumstance to our roof.

First of all, they should not be damaging anyone's property without their consent. Secondly, when we call they won't talk to us, because we don't have an account with them the tenants do.

After calling several times, they still refused to transfer my call to a supervisor. They are rude and uncooperative.

I am filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, Better Business Bureau, and the Attorney General in the state of KY (since this is the address where tenants are paying their bills)

I would recommend that everyone do the same. I have done this in the past, with great results.
