Installed dish facing mountain knowing reception wouldn't work, turned me over to collections

The company installed a dish at my house facing directly into a hillside, unable to receive a signal. DirecTV let me out of the contract since satellite service was unavailable at the house, but Latin Satellite turned me over to a collection agency for not keeping the service for 12 months.

When I asked the owner of the company why he went ahead and installed the dish when he knew it wouldn't work, he said he "didn't want to lose the deal".

All my calls to the company went to voice mail after I was contacted by the collection agency.

I paid the collection agency to get them off my a*, but would never let this company anywhere near my house again, nor will I ever have DirecTV service again, if this is the caliber of installers they use (BTW-I signed up for the service at Best Buy).
