Installed satelite disks on rental property without the owners permission

As a property owner, I had two tenants ordered direct tv and installed disk on a brand new roof withouth owner permission, and one of he tenants moved out and told direct tv customer service that I owner gave her permission, Direct tv needs to contact owners when tenants rent units. Now we contacted direct tv to have the disk remove from our roof, and we were told, they (direct tv) cannot remove them after they have been installed. Direct TV needs to know if a tenant does not own the property, direct tv should not go by tenant permisson but the owners, Direct TV should of called owners to get permission instead of assuming.
