Ripoff does not honor price matching policy, rude managers

My husband and I were in Best Buy buying a refrigerator and front loading washer and dryer. We finally got the price we wanted and went to the register to pay for the items. There was a man at customer service arguing with a manager. He was showing him a Circuit City ad and pointing to the price matching policy where it says they will price match then give an extra 10% off of any advertised price. The manager refused to price match. The guy went to Circuit City and bought the item. He came back to show the manager the receipt and asked "Do you feel like you owe me an apology?" The item cost $18.99. The manager responded that he did not as it is up to the store if they want to price match. The guy left understandably exasperated.

The manager then looks at me as if to say "Can you believe this guy?" I told him, "I would have thought you would have given him the price just to save a customer." I couldn't believe they wouldn't honor that price!

So, I went home and filled out the online survey with the info from my receipt. The company did not contact me even though I asked to be contacted. We bought $4500 of appliances and they did not respond to my complaint. I wish we did not go through with the sale. I no longer wish to give Best Buy any of my business.
