Faulty 52-inch TV kept for three weeks, 27-inch swapped in

We are renting a 52-inch TV. At this time we are having problems with it: it cuts off and on and does not stay on. So we called Aaron's, and they picked up the TV. We are paying over $3,000 for this TV, which I think was already used. They came and picked up our TV and replaced it with a 27-inch TV.

Then they brought the TV back and the salespeople set it up, and it still did not work. So they took it back. Why did they not check it at the shop first before returning it to my house? Mind you, they have had my TV for 3 weeks.

I am paying all this money and the TV is still not right. I am tired of Aaron's. All they are is money hungry. They do not care about anything, but they will call you if you are late on your payment. I will never rent from them again. And Steve the manager is so rude and does not care about anything but a lot of talk. You cannot ask him anything.
