Someone Sent to Home Banged on Bedroom Window After Dark

My son rented a TV from Aaron's Rent To Own, and the TV got stolen on Thanksgiving Day. The break-in was reported, so there would be a police report. We do not have renters insurance, so it is our loss. My son understands he owes this bill and has talked to several people at Aaron's about it, yet they keep sending people out to bang on my door more than once a day.

This week, on Monday, Feb 12th, they sent someone out after dark. I was home alone and sleeping when I heard someone banging on my bedroom window. I got up and went to the front of the house and saw the Aaron's truck outside and knew it was them. I do not think they should be able to go around someone's house in the dark and bang on windows.

They have also been calling one of my son's references multiple times a day after being asked by her not to call her back. They have also informed us they add 10 dollars to my son's bill every time they come to the house. That is a bit much, since they seem to be here about 30 bucks' worth a day. I have let them into my house to see the TV is not here when they ask to look, and I guess it made me feel like they were calling me a liar.

But my main concern is them knocking on people's bedroom windows. I know if I had had a gun, he may be dead or wounded right now, because whoever broke into my house came through my bedroom window to get in, and to be woken up by noise at my window was not a great feeling.
