PC crashed first week, then warranty dispute on rent-to-own

I am purchasing a PC from Aarons. It started crashing the first week I got it. I called them and they said I needed to call the manufacturer, so I did and was informed that it was not under warranty any longer. I called Aarons back and told them. Then they called the manufacturer and called me back and said it had 120 more days on warranty, and stated they put me down as the owner of the PC and that it is my responsibility to get it fixed. However, when you rent to own, the place you are renting from is supposed to fix it when you have problems. This is a total ripoff.
