Check sent back to bank cost $898.98 in hot checks

I got a 42 inch LG TV and a washer and dryer from Aaron's, and it was all going okay until I made an error on my check book. I called Aaron's and talked to Tony, and I went to Aaron's and paid cash for the check that I had made an error on. I asked them what happened to the check, and he said he would take care of it. Two weeks later they sent it back to the bank, and it cost me $898.98 in hot checks. I asked Aaron's to pay for the checks or give me the TV. They said they could not do that.

I talked to the store manager, Shannon, and told her about the poor customer service at her store. I also told her about the wrong information that Tony had given me and how rude he was, and that I would report them to the Better Business Bureau. I ended up more angry than anything.

I will not come back to Aaron's, and I will tell all my co-workers, 5,000 in health care, about the poor customer service. The bad part is that I have had the TV for 8 months, and I would hate to lose the money I paid in on it. Do not go to Aaron's. Call them and tell them you read this on Rip Off. If they will do what I ask, I will put something good in until then. All I have to say is that Aaron's is an F-grade store.
