Company advises give 2 more weeks to wait, even after a year

Electronics and household app.

I had a Digitrex digital camera that wouldn't accept a media card. Since item was still under warranty, I called customer svc who advised how to send back for repair. Was advised 6-8 weeks to return. After 2 months, called & was told still being fixed. Give another 2 weeks.

After a few more months, still heard nothing. Called again & was told needed parts, so to give another 2 weeks.

After more time, called again. Was told still being repaired, asked for supervisor & told none available. Called back & asked for supervisor. Told same thing. Demanded supervisor & spoke w/man. Gave me his name & told me to call him back at specific date & time. Called & guy was out of the office.

Called again after more time, told the same things. No supervisors & refused to give me names of higher ups to complain.

Called again after more time, still same responses. Even sent email to customer service, same exact responses received. Must be in their training to advise to wait 2 more weeks.

Needless to say, it has been over a year now & still same responses. Have contacted local paper who assists with problems. Needless to say, nothing back from them in over 3 weeks.
