My pandigital screen cracked, I was told by customer service that it was still under warranty and to send it back to them. I have proof that they received the item on 09/18 since I sent it back with confirmation. They assigned me a case number #489058 and gave me a phone #1800 715 5354. Called at least 5 times, and told lie upon lie, asked for a supervisor or manager, and told they aren't taking any calls, finally asked for the broken one to be returned to me, and told no. What? They get to keep my item now? I told them just send it back and I will pay someone here to fix it, after all it is mine, and it has been 3 months now. Sent 6 emails to their customer service dept. At www.pandigital.net, which I also have proof of, they responded with same lies time and again, that is when I got an email back at all. Customer_service@pandigital.net saying it would be approximately 2 weeks turn around time, since then they lied and said 4 more weeks cause they opened a new warehouse, every time I call I am told more time. Please look into this for me, this company basically had me pay to give them my pandigital, and now they arent going to return that or a new one to me...
