CP Technologies
Did not receive my Rebates for more than 11 weeks now. Their ad specified 8 weeks. The company claims backlog and does not want to commit to a date for mailing my rebates ripoff

I bought two devices of CP-Technologues through Ecost.com and filed rebate forms to CP-Technologies.in the rebate forms, it was indicated that the money will be received with 8 weeks. CP-technologies received my forms on 12/07 as indicated in their website (http://www.rebate-zone.com/) under claims number 28192407 and 28192409.

I called the company to find out if there is a problem with my forms and they replied that every thing is fine. When I asked why I did not receive my money they blamed a backlog and they did not want to commit on a mailing date. They claim it may take a week or a year to receive my rebate.

I told the person in the rebate center (her name is deby) that her answer is not acceptable and I would report her the BBB and probably sue the company even though the amount is not big. She did not seem ta care.
They are playing on the fact that for small amount, poeple will not follow-up and they can get away with it.

I say this is wrong and they should be held accountable for it.
