MCI WorldCom Rip Off Customer 1 million with CEO name and Location

I have been an unhappy customer of MCI WorldCom for about 4 months. I have been calling to get the problems corrected but just like the rest of you out there the waiting goes on and the people are RUDE and Stuck on Stupid because they have no ANSWERS. I was told that I had to use my cell phone outdoors because of alleged interference in my home, dead zones they claim, and also that service was NOT guaranteed for my usage on this phone.

I was told that the phone was only intended for EMERGENCIES not for chatting. I was told to expect the phone to heat up while using it for more than a few minutes. I was told that is the way it is and if I wanted to cancel the contract it would cost me $250 dollars. I have talked to Cassandra, Tasha, Deborah Blackwell, Yolanda in Chicago, her MCI manager is Paula Zaremba in Chicago the MCI Mgr. Executive office 630-572-9999. Brian Gerber is the Senior Mgr. Customer Service located in who knows where. No help any of them.

Give her your name, dates of failed customer service problems and the times. Don't forget to INCLUDE THE PROBLEMS!!! Phone number for Adinah is 602-222-3152. GIVE THEM HELL Don't STOP CALLING until you get an answer that is how I got all of these numbers.!!! I am going to contact the FCC and the Secretary of State in GA and the News Channel in my state. I SINCERELY HOPE THIS HELPS US ALL.
