I know that you will never see this letter. You are too busy taking over corporations, instigating mergers and robbing American citizens. So to Mr. Ebbers' secretary, or other person being paid $10 per hour to read this, please relay this message: Your corporation will eventually fall. My complaints are equal to those of the thousands of other letters that have been written to your corporation. The same thousands of letters that you have continued to ignore.

I moved to Atlanta, Georgia from Illinois in August, one year into my two year contract. I ordered a new phone and service on August 15. It's now January-STILL NO NEW PHONE! (However, I conveniently continue to be billed.) My phone calls number in the 20's for this issue alone, and my hold times have increased into the 2 to 2.5 hour range, if I can even get through. Prior to this, I had the same complaints about not receiving bills, HORRIBLE customer service, and fraudulent charges that everyone else has, I'm sure, brought to your attention. I'm not even going to waste my time with further specifics, as I have already done this with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's Office in Illinois, Georgia and Mississippi. If you would like to know the specifics of my complaint, either read the hundreds of other complaints on the internet, (or any of the hundreds complaints on this site), or you can wait for my lawsuit.

What is most troubling to me is that you, your corporation, and even some consumers have the audacity to suggest that your complete lack of any cooperation with us is based on the World Trade Center attacks. HOW DARE YOU suggest that what we have been going through since 2000 and before could have been caused by attacks which occurred 4 months ago? Not only is this an insult to your customers, it is an insult to millions of Americans and American companys who have truly been affected by these attacks. I will not, as an American, tolerate this suggestion, and the fact that your company is hiding behind this convenient wall is insulting.

I would like WorldCom, and its executives-all the way up to Mr. Ebbers-to listen to what thousands of people are saying about WorldCom. I am encouraging the thousands of individuals who have been scammed by your fraudulent company to contact dateline@nbc.com. Maybe some true National exposure will force you out of your rat hole to address these issues. Later, I will post on this site a list of major investors in WorldCom. Each one will be contacted, personally, by me, and informed of the caliber of company in which they are investing. These contacts will include copies of all complaint letters posted on numerous websites, and specific, documented details of my personal experience. I also will encourage all others to do the same.

How can you ignore thousands and thousands of angry consumers? Your company will eventually be exposed. You can bank on that one Mr. Ebbers.
