The Worst Wireless Company in The World MCI

I have had nothing but problems with these guys! My contract called for coverage from the Milwaukee area down through Illinois over to Des Plaines and I can't get farther than ten miles from my home. You can call for weeks and not get through to any person. All you get a recording saying due to high volume try your call later. Bull shit! When I finally reached Executive Services and delt with a woman named "Marcella Bromwell" she informed me that I no longer have that coverage but I'm still being charged the same fee. Then she tried to slam me selling me a PCS phone when I already had one. Bitch. I tried contacting Bernie ebbers, Pres./CEO and Jim Walsh, VP of Marketing & Consumer affairs but of course I could not get through

Has anybody file with the Illinois Public Service Commision? That's where my provider is located. There has got to be some recourse.
