Bad customer service not satisfied with his services. I feel as I have not been treated fairly, listened to or that my concerns have been addressed by employees of a company.
Customer representatives are impatient, rude and unprofessional moreover they do not have technical knowledge. One of the manager at service center broke my sim card slot by inserting his bike`s key and clipper and now it is out of warranty, according to t hem and its been 2 weeks now, no resolution. I will never ever buy this product.
