My HE washer is less than 6 months old and its trouble code indicates the temperature sensor is malfunctioning and requires service. (We've tried restarting, circuit breakers, etc.) After taking my SN/model #, I was told that it will take up to 2 days for an authorized service provider to contact me. There is no way for me to set up an appt., I must wait. I was told there is no complaints dept. And no way to register a complaint. For it's reputation—and the excessive cost of their products— Samsung should provide responsive, intelligent customer service—which includes giving customers the ability to arrange service appts. When their product is under warranty. I will never, ever buy another major Samsung appliance again, and I will make sure I let everyone know that my expensive washer broke down in under 6 months and that Samsung Customer Service is appalling.
