Samsung has the worst customer service ever!
I bought Fridge Samsung and in a less a year a handle from freezer has broken. So I called Samsung... I spent 2 weeks talking to those guys, sending then pictures, bills etc. Every time I called them they have different story and different requirements and every time you send something to them it's 24-48 hours to get respond. NO ONE WILL CALL YOU BACK!!! So after 2 weeks Samsung gave me a phone number of Service center, they sent technician to my my house... A handle still doesn't fix because technician said that he has information that..." the door is not closing properly.." and this is after 2 weeks of explanations, pictures and etc.
I do not know what is going to happen next. Probably even if I will get the handle fixed those guys will tell me that this is not under warranty (actually they told me that when I first time called them but after I spoke with supervisor they said it is covered) Anyways, whatever You do do not buy anything with SAMSUNG IN IT.
