Ripoff How can I send the original barcode again SCAM

I had a shock after finding out that I dont exist in the t-mobile's rebates database.

I had bought 2 motorola v300 phones on may 31st 2004. I mail the rebate forms with the original barcodes from the boxes of the phone and other documents that they asked. I called back after a few days and the rebates representative could locate me in the database and acknowledged the receipt of the rebate and at that time I also made a address change with them sice I relocated.

Now on December 14th i called back to check the status of the rebates and guess what - they cannot locate me in their database. I was surprised. I spoke to a superviser and the superviser said she cannot do anything unless I send her the original barcode form the phone box. Now How can I possibly send it as I already mailed it with my rebate form. I told her I have a copy of the rebate forms that i filled out online and I can send her that. But she insisted that she cannot do anything without the original barcode and she also said that i MAY get the original barcode back only if the postal department send me a return mail.

My question is what is the need for me to keep a copy of the rebate form when it is not accepted as a proof of rebate submission. Why should T-Mobile advise the customers to keep a copy of the rebate form? And HOW CAN I JUST DISSAPPEAR FROM THEIR DATABASE.

I suggest everybody not to deal with such unethical companies.
