Rebate Denied Claiming Original UPC Barcode Was Not Submitted

I bought a 120 GB external Hard Drive at Circuit City that came with a $30 mail in rebate. I promptly mailed in the rebate form with ALL require documentation. (Believe me, I have received rebates from Staples, Best Buy, Walgreens, CVS with no problems.
I KNOW how to file rebates). After a month I got a postcard from WD saying I didn't submit the Original UPC instead they got a copy. How the hell did they get a copy, when I did send in the original??? SCUMBAGS! I sent them a picture of the ripped box I still have for the HD, indicating the UPC was tore off and sent. This was on July 23 and I haven't heard from them in 1 month. They make good HD but Suck at keeping their customers loyal. I will never buy WD again, unless it comes with no rebates!
