Okay I upgraded my cell phone thru them from sprint and they got me to buy best buy insurance because they said it covers everything plus no deductible. So come to find out my phone was stolen and I made a police report and called the best buy number and got the run around. The final outcome is that they do not replace stolen or lost phone but you pay about $15 a mo for their insurance. So now if i want another phone i have to pay regular price and I have another 2 year contract am so upset.
