Sprint authorized my stolen cell to be reactivate... 3 X's AND NOT BY ME! I Can't Find An Address Of Accountability

In August my extra cell phone was stolen and a maxed-out bill run up. When I discovered the maxed out bill I reported it to Sprint and had the stolen cell suspended. They would not change the phone number or release me from the contract.

A few month later my bill was higher than usual, and so I looked on my Sprint online account and saw that the stolen cell had charges on it, and I called Sprint. They would not let me speak to a supervisor and later must have blocked my in-calls because the automated system would say, "Sprint can not take your call right now, good-bye" and hang up. I waited a few days and tried again. Could not find a head corporate office to complain to, though I searched for it all through the internet.

Finally I got to someone at Sprint (not a supervisor-never could get a supervisor) who let me know they suspended the stolen cell and I did not have to pay the charges, and the employee who authorized someone to re-activate it was reprimanded.

Months later I discovered the stolen phone was re-activated. Again I asked several at Sprint to let me out of the contract or delete the number on the stolen cell, "I want to speak to a supervisor!" They refused and told me they would suspended the number again.

This week, 4-15-08 I called Sprint because they had over charged me on my bill. I went through my bill with the Sprint employee, only to find out that the stolen cell was re-activated again.

My husband and I are moving to Oklahoma in two weeks, and OK doesn't have Sprint, "Thank you Jesus!" Together we have 4 contracts with Sprint we haven't been able to get out of, well, now we can... I hope! Constant roaming and no Sprint in that area should give us our out!

How can they do this and get away with it?
