Charges inspite of so called Insurance

I paid $7 a month extra for a year for so called "total insurance" a illegal Mexican immigrant steals my phone and uses service that aren't on my plan. I call Sprint to report the incident. They charge for the services that the thief used at a very high rate. Sprint charges me for a new phone. Sprint refuses to track the stolen stolen device.
