Toys R Us, Online and customer service nightmare

Toys R Us is horrible, I ordered a chair to place in my new baby's nursery and still have yet to my order, my money returned (since I requested it back), or an explaination of if or when I can expect either. The wrong chair was sent to the store and nobody has taken any steps to correct the problem so that I can be given what I ordered, but they have been happy to keep my money in the meantime. I have talked to 3 customer service reps and a corporate office employee and no one can tell me when the issue will be resolved. They told me I had to call the store and check on my order, I have gotten no confirmation emails, and no one seems to care about resolving this issue. I have no interest in ever spending my money with them ever again.
