Toys R Us sent wrong Call of Duty

Besides arriving over a week after it was expected since it was preordered, they sent the wrong version of Call of Duty. They sent the PS3 instead of Xbox. The packing slip shows Xbox. Now I have to spend more time to get it replaced. Also they sent a coupon that expires today.
